Many Northeast consumers have locked in their natural gas price with us removing their concern about higher prices in the future. It should be no surprise to consumers that their annual cost for natural gas has risen dramatically and we have seen the impact of hurricanes and cold winters on what consumers must pay. Locking in a fixed rate is a good way to protect yourself from rising natural gas prices in the future and it is not an option available for consumers from their utilities in the areas we serve. If you are timid about locking in a rate, we offer shorter terms and from time to time we offer our residential customers a special introductory rate knowing that if you try us you will like us.

There is no reason to be uneasy about this. Your local utility will still deliver the gas we provide to your home or place of business.
